What types of events can you accommodate?

Pour la France! Catering is considered an off-site caterer. An off-site caterer specializes in providing food and services to its clients at a location of their choosing, and has specialized equipment to successfully handle these types of events.

From simple and informal to complex and elegant, Pour la France! Catering is proficient in planning and executing it all. 

Do you provide staffing?

Yes. In-house waitstaff and bartenders are available to staff events. All bartenders are T.I.P.S. certified. Staffing is billed by the hour.

Do you provide rental services?

Yes. Rentals for china, glassware, flatware, linens, tables, chairs, tents, etc. are available.

Do you offer a bar package?

Yes, Pour la France! Catering is happy to assist you in ordering and arranging delivery of liquor; however, because Colorado law prohibits Caterers from selling alcohol, the vendor will bill you directly. All other bar needs, including bartenders can be accommodated by Pour la France! Catering. All of PLF’s bartenders are T.I.P.S. (Training for Intervention ProcedureS) Certified.

Can you customize items to meet my needs/preferences?

Pour la France! Catering is versatile in designing custom menus for our clients. They are excellent at coming up with creative food that will fit within your budget and dietary needs.

How do I place an order?

For your convenience, you can call-in, email or place your order online. We ask for orders to be placed a minimum of 24 hours in advance (at least 3 days in advance for orders over 150 guests); however, we try to accommodate last minute orders whenever possible. 

Do you require a minimum for orders?

Yes. A $95 minimum is required for all delivered orders. Exceptions can be made in some cases.

Do you require a deposit?

It depends on the type of catering.

No deposit is required for corporate catering, just a credit card on file or a house account.

A 50% deposit is required on all social catering to hold the date and lock-in the pricing.

Is there a delivery fee?

A delivery fee is charged on all orders. The fee varies depending on delivery location and if an equipment pick-up is also required.

Is there a service charge?

A service charge is usually charged on staffed events. This fee helps to cover additional costs and overhead involved with planning and executing a staffed event. 

How do equipment pick-ups work?

We try to accommodate same day pick-up whenever possible. If a time has not been per-arranged, the driver will typically arrange a pick-up time at the time of the delivery. Equipment pick-ups are usually scheduled before 3:00pm Monday through Friday.

How do I make a payment?

We accept cash, check and all major credit cards. Corporate catering payments are due the day after the order is delivered. Final payment for social catering is required 3 days prior to the event. We can send you a secure link to make your credit card payments online.

Does you take tips?

Gratuity is not included in proposals. Gratuities are purely at the discretion of the client. It is always welcome and appreciated by the team, but is never expected.

What if I need to cancel my order?

A 48 hour notice is required on all cancellations.

Do you provide cake cutting service?

Yes. Provided free of charge.

Do you provide champagne toast service?

Yes. Provided free of charge.
