Client Services Manager
Chrissy has been with Pour la France! Catering for over eighteen years. She plays a significant role in client services. She is extremely customer service oriented and handles the needs of all of our clients, from a small breakfast of ten, to events for five hundred people or more.

Johnny Lentfer

Distribution Manager
Johnny has been with Pour la France! Catering for over ten years. He is responsible for coordinating the delivery drivers to assure that deliveries arrive at their destination and are set up on time. He also coordinates large staffed events and parties. 

Heather Winslett

Director of Operations
Heather has been with Pour la France! Catering for over three years and has over twenty years experience in restaurant and catering operations. Heather oversees the kitchen and distribution staff and performs a full range of duties including ordering, production planning, scheduling, systems management and human resources. She is passionate about team development and providing the highest quality food and services.
