This company was outstanding from start to finish. We had a 70th birthday party for my mom, and every person from Pour La France with whom we worked was extremely nice, helpful, professional and friendly. I don’t think they could have made our dinner for 60 any easier, all the way down to last minute furniture changes. We used PLF for a 200+ person event with about two weeks to plan. Melinda was a LIFE SAVER and we couldn’t have done it without her. She came up with a savvory menu with creative suggestions. Everyone raved about the food and I’ve never met a more professional, attentive staff. I don’t know how they make everything taste so fresh and amazing. I recently went to the wedding of a friend’s daughter in Hudson Gardens that was catered by Pour la France Catering. I usually don’t take the time to write reviews but I was just so impressed with how lovely this wedding was. Mostly because of the food and the presentation. I think they did a really good job. The staff was amazing. And I heard they were very reasonable, too. I just wish I could find a company like Pour La France Catering in the San Francisco area.Sara H.
Pour la france staff made our day hassle free and fun for us and all our wedding guest. The food was great and the service fantastic. They were fast with the set up and were very helpful during the breakdown process.Cheysser Harding
Tender pork loin stuffed with pear, cranberries and candied bacon, drizzled with apple cider gastrique, served with roasted parmesan fingerling potatoes, pumpkin seed & pomegranate mixed greens salad with blood orange vinaigrette and foccacia rolls with butter. Apple crisp bars for dessert.
Walnut encrusted roasted garlic chicken breast and harvest squash ravioli with sage brown butter, served with apple, roquefort and walnut spinach salad with maple dijon vinaigrette and foccacia rolls with butter. Frosted pumpkin bars for dessert.
Applewood smoked ham, focaccia- cranberry stuffing, green bean amandine, fig & arugula salad with asiago, toasted pine nuts and honey- balsamic vinaigrette and foccacia rolls with butter. Salted caramel brownies for dessert.
